To print Rate Notices, click on the Final or Preliminary Rate Notice Generator at the bottom of the "Employer Resources" links on the right-hand column of the page.
After the file you needed is downloaded, open it and enter your Employer Number to pull up your rate and print your Rate Notice Letter.
