You should notify IMRF immediately if you have a new address, telephone number, marital status or name change, or any other change to your personal account information.
The best way to update your information is through your Member Access account.

Other Ways to Change Your Information
For your protection, IMRF cannot accept changes to your personal information through email. We recommend you update your information online through Member Access, by following the steps here. You can also:
- Complete and send an "IMRF Member Information Change" form (Available in Member Access). You can request this form by calling us at 1-800-ASK-IMRF (275-4673).
- Send IMRF a written note informing us of your changes. This note must include:
- Your signature
- Your IMRF Member ID or the last four digits of your Social Security Number
