IMRF's main office is located in Oak Brook, a suburb west of Chicago. Our building is located next to I-88 and the Oak Brook Mall. Our street address is:

If you are coming to visit our office, come through the main entrance. Reception is located on the first floor and a receptionist is available between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Appointments required for counseling sessions
You are required to schedule an appointment if you want to meet with a Member Services Representative for any reason.
To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-ASK-IMRF (275-4673). Appointments will be scheduled at:
- 9:00 a.m.
- 10:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m.
- 2:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m.
