2015 Employer Rate Meetings

We encourage each Authorized Agent to share this memorandum with your unit of government’s chief financial officer, other officials, and governing body members.

Beginning April 20, 2015, IMRF will present a series of Employer Rate Meetings throughout the state. These meetings will review the impact of year-end financial and actuarial data on IMRF, and the data’s estimated impact on individual employers.

Generally, each Employer Rate Meeting lasts approximately one-and-a-half hours and consist of a formal presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. We encourage you, your chief financial officer, other officials, governing body members, and interested parties from your employer to attend the meeting scheduled in your area.

Advance registration is requested for the Employer Rate Meetings. You can register online through IMRF Employer Access. If you do not have an Employer Access account, return a completed registration form to IMRF by mail, fax, or email. (Please allow time for IMRF to return a registration confirmation and directions to the meeting.)

IMRF will also present the information during an Employer Rate Meeting webinar in early May 2015. Details about the webinar and registration information will be available in an upcoming edition of Employer Digest and online at www.imrf.org.
