IMRF Wins GFOA "Triple Crown" Again

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) has awarded IMRF its prestigious "Triple Crown" Award for the second year in a row.


This award recognizes governments that have received all three GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting awards, which include the:


This year's "Triple Crown" Award honors documents prepared for Fiscal Year 2019. These 2019 versions, as well as the most recent versions of the ACFR and PAFR, can be found here. The most recent Budget document can be downloaded here.


IMRF is one of just four public pensions in the United States and Canada to receive the “Triple Crown” honor. Out of more than 3,000 units of government in Illinois, only 23 others also earned this recognition.
