OAK BROOK, Ill -- IMRF is excited to be a finalist for the 2019 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s only Presidential award for performance excellence. Baldrige award recipients and finalists are expected to share their best practices with other organizations. As such, IMRF encourages our employer entities to consider undertaking their own Journeys of Excellence.

Various local units of government throughout the United States have participated in Baldrige Excellence Framework programs. They have reaped important benefits from their respective programs, and some have been recognized at the highest level as high-performing organizations that provide leading edge municipal services through operational excellence and innovation.

Consider joining these other local government entities in enhancing your own performance.

Whether your employer is new to formal process improvement strategies, or if you are already on the path to leading your organization to impressive results, you can receive important assistance from the IMEC.
