Whether you’re new to process improvement or are on the path to leading your organization to impressive results, the 2019 IMEC Conference on Enterprise Excellence highlights best practices, strategies, and inspiration for any organization seeking improvement.

Benefits of attending the conference include:

Speakers at the conference will include leaders from a variety of industries who have led their organizations to high performance in the areas of leadership, strategy, customer engagement, operations, workforce, and technology.

Baldrige National Quality Award recipients will also speak, including the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a recognized high-performing government that provides best-in-class municipal services through operational excellence and innovation.

IMRF is also honored to present at this year’s conference as a recipient of the 2017 Illinois Performance Excellence (ILPEx) Gold Award for Achievement of Excellence, the highest level of recognition provided by IMEC. IMRF leaders will share information about IMRF’s “Journey of Excellence” and the best practices we have adopted over the last decade to achieve our improvement goals.

IMEC is dedicated to providing organizations in Illinois with the tools and techniques to create sustainable competitive futures. Through its recognition program, IMEC leverages the Baldrige Excellence Framework as a foundation for driving organizational improvement. When an organization submits an application for its recognition program, IMEC takes a close look at the organization and evaluates its application based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework. When its evaluation is complete, the organization receives a feedback report identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.

IMRF started using the Baldrige Excellence Framework in 2009 with the submission of the organization’s first ILPEx Award for Excellence application. IMRF received the ILPEx Bronze Award in 2009, two Silver Awards, one in 2012 and another in 2014, and the Gold Award in 2017.

Online registration for the 2019 IMEC Conference on Enterprise Excellence is now open. The cost to attend is $249 per individual or $995 per group of five (20% discount).
