Closed-End Unlisted Infrastructure Equity Fund Search
On September 12, 2018, IMRF requested proposals from investment management firms offering diversified North American and/or Global multi-sector (at least two sectors) focused closed-end unlisted infrastructure equity products. Responses were due no later than October 1, 2018. The Quiet Period for this RFP began on September 12, 2018 and is expected to continue through December 14, 2018.
After evaluating the responding firms/strategies on people, process, performance, price, and other considerations, the IMRF Board of Trustees approved the following:
- Allocation of $25 million to JLC Infrastructure Fund I, L.P., subject to satisfactory legal due diligence.
