IMRF Executive Director discusses employer rates in Springfield

IMRF Executive Director Louis W. Kosiba appeared on April 21, 2015, on WICS-TV, the ABC affiliate based in Springfield, to highlight the decreasing IMRF employer contribution rates for the City Springfield and Sangamon County. As a part of the 2015 Employer Rate Meetings, Kosiba traveled the state during April to explain how strong investment returns and lowers costs associated with the Tier 2 benefit structure are lowering costs for local units of government and taxpayers.
