Duties
As Village Manager, I am responsible for the daily management and long-range planning for the Village of Hoffman Estates, which includes our 375 employees and $200,000,000 budget. Exceptional customer service, strategic communications and streamlined technology are three areas of my professional focus.

I have significant managerial experience in government leadership and operations with multiple organizations. I am frustrated with the inability of retirees to receive pensions in a timely fashion. As trustee, I would focus on three areas. First, ensure accountability for the new executive director through clear goals and objectives. Second, work to improve customer service and timely distribution of pensions to new retirees. Finally, improve communication and outreach to employers, members and professional organizations.
