New "Purchasing IMRF Past Service Credit" booklet

Enclosed is one copy of IMRF's Past Service Credit" booklet for your records. This is a new IMRF publication for members who are considering the purchase of IMRF past service. The Information in this booklet is targeted to members who have already submitted a past service credit application and who have received a payment schedule.
We are sending one copy of the IMRF "Purchasing IMRF Past Service Credit" booklet to each employer. Please retain this booklet as your file copy. However, if your employer has multiple locations, you can request one copy of this booklet for each location.
You do not need to maintain a supply of the booklets because IMRF mails the booklet to a member when we mail a payment schedule. In addition, IMRF will mail a booklet to a member if he or she calls and requests one.
