IMRF is proud to thank outgoing Employee Trustee, Jeffrey A. Stulir, for his service to the Board of Trustees. Stulir, an Inmate Services Officer for the Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department, exits the Board effective December 31 having served five years.
During his tenure, Stulir held the Board secretary position and served on multiple IMRF committees, holding either the vice chairperson or chairperson roles on the Benefit Review Committee and the Investment Committee.
Under his stewardship, IMRF assets grew from $24.8 billion in December 2011 to more than $50 billion in December 2023. IMRF’s funded status was more than 98% at the time of his departure.
“All of our stakeholders thank you for your service, especially the 175,000 active members you represent,” Board President Tom Kuehne said at Stulir’s last board meeting.
