Our Employer Workshops will be offered online in four webinar modules designed for Authorized Agents and other employer representatives. Staff members who assist you with day-to-day IMRF issues and processes, such as enrollment, payroll reporting, benefit applications and various member inquiries, are invited to attend.

Module 2 Authorized Agent Webinar: Wage Reporting: February 8, 9 am - 10 am (central time)

Please join us for an overview of the Wage Reporting process and a review of IMRF Reportable Earnings, Wage Reports/ Adjustments and Accelerated Payments.

Module 3 Authorized Agent Webinar: IMRF Benefits: March 8, 9 am - 10 am (central time)

Please join us for an overview of all IMRF Benefits: Refunds, Disability, Death Benefits and Retirement.

Module 4 Authorized Agent Webinar: Employer Rates and Legislation: April 12, 9 am - 10 am (central time)

Please note this workshop is a 4 part series to prepare IMRF Authorized Agents. This single registration will allow you to attend all four modules. You are unable to cancel registration from any single module, attendance is not mandatory at all 4.
