2018 Employer Rate Meetings

IMRF will present a series of Employer Rate Meetings throughout the state beginning April 23, 2018. At each meeting, IMRF principals will review the impact of year-end financial and actuarial data on IMRF, and the data’s estimated impact on individual employers.

Each Employer Rate Meeting is expected to last approximately one hour and will consist of a 45-minute formal presentation followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer session. The complete Rate Meeting schedule includes:

IMRF encourages Authorized Agents, chief financial officers, governing body members, and all other officials and interested parties from your employer to attend the meeting scheduled in your area.

Advance registration is requested for the Employer Rate Meetings. Authorized Agents and Web Assistants may log in to their Employer Access account to self-register. Those without an Employer Access account may complete and return an Employer Rate Meeting Registration Form by mail, fax, or email to IMRF, attention Alissa Tew, Field Services Meeting Planner. Note: When registering by mail, fax, or email, please allow adequate time for IMRF to receive the form and return a registration confirmation with directions to the meeting.
