Minority-Owned, Women-Owned or Persons with Disabilities-Owned Business Enterprise (“MWDBE”) Private Equity Investment Management Services Search
On April 8, 2022, IMRF requested proposals from all qualified, U.S. based Minority-Owned, Women-Owned or Persons with Disabilities Owned Business Enterprise (“MWDBE”) professional firms interested in providing Private Equity Investment Management Services. Responses were due no later than May 9, 2022. The Quiet Period for this process is the period of time beginning when the RFP was issued and ends when a selection has been made by the IMRF Board of Trustees or the process is declared to be complete. The Quiet Period for this search ended August 19, 2022.
After evaluating the responding firms on people, process, performance, price, and fit with IMRF, the IMRF Board of Trustees approved the following:
- Allocation of up to $20 million to Agent Capital Fund II, L.P., subject to satisfactory legal due diligence.
- Allocation of up to $15 million Red Arts Capital Opportunity Fund I, L.P., subject to satisfactory legal due diligence.
