Wireless Use Policy

Wireless access to the IMRF systems or internal network is strictly limited to IMRF staff using IMRF-owned wireless devices and authorized users only. For purposes of this policy, "authorized user" means any non-IMRF staff (such as consultants) whose wireless device or devices have been approved for use by the IS department through the applicable internal approval process. IMRF staff, visitors and consultants may be permitted to access the internet without being an "authorized user" as defined herein. IMRF Code of Conduct provisions shall govern IMRF staff and authorized users when accessing IMRF systems and internal network.
