WHEREAS the Illinois General Assembly passed an Act authorizing certain governmental units to purchase personal property and supplies jointly, to include the State of Illinois:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, that the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund does hereby agree on a voluntary basis to enter into a joint governmental purchasing program with the State of Illinois for the term of the Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert L. Cusma, Executive Director, be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund all necessary forms applications, requisitions and other documents relating to this program.
