Legal Counsel of the Fund presented a certificate wherein the Board certified that a referendum was held pursuant to the law, and that more than two thirds of the eligible employees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund voted in favor of a plan of coordinating benefits of this Fund with the Federal Social Security. The following resolution was then presented:
RESOLVED THAT: The Certificate, as presented, be signed by the Board of Trustees and forwarded to the Governor.
