While the Act does not require a seal, the State Treasurer indicated that it would be desirable to have a seal which should be used on all authorizations directed to the Treasurer.
The Board authorized the purchase of a seal which would bear the imprint "Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund", which seal shall be adopted as the official seal of the Fund.
