In today's fast-paced world, waiting on hold can be frustrating. Thankfully, Callback Assist is changing the game, offering a more convenient and efficient way for you to get the help you need. Callback Assist is a technology-driven solution that eliminates the need for you to wait on hold during peak call times. Here's how it works:

Callback Assist

  1. Request for a Callback: Instead of staying on hold, you can request a call back through the press of a button. Due to call volume and hold times, Callback Assist may not be offered at certain times of the day.
  2. Virtual Queue: Once you request a call back, you are placed in a virtual queue. This queue preserves your place in line, ensuring that you receive assistance as quickly as you would have if you stayed on hold.
  3. Contact Center Representative Availability: As soon as your turn comes up, a representative will call you back. Calls will be returned the same day or early the next day. Please note the system will make two attempts to call back, and the call back number may not come up as IMRF. For security reasons, no voicemails or messages will be left at the time of the call back.

IMRF strives to provide excellent customer service. Callback Assist is just one way we trying to reduce wait times and improve your overall customer experience.
