Individual counseling sessions are available by
appointment only in our Oak Brook and Springfield
offices between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
To best serve our members, IMRF
no longer accepts walk-ins for counseling sessions.
(Please note: while our Member Services Representatives are available
by telephone from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, reception and counseling appointments
are available 9:00-4:00).
Members can schedule appointments by calling 1-800-ASK-IMRF
(1-800-275-4673). Indicate whether you are interested in scheduling in
our Oak Brook or Springfield offices.
