IMRF Member Services—Counseling
Appointments for individual counseling sessions are available between 8:30 and 4:30; call 1-800-ASK-IMRF (1-800-275-4673) to schedule an appointment. (Please note: while our Member Services Representatives are available by telephone from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, reception and counseling appointments are available 8:30-4:30).
To best serve members, especially those with complicated questions or situations, we recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment. This allows our Member Services Representatives to have the proper information available and make sure any outstanding issues are resolved before the meeting.
Members can schedule appointments by calling 1-800-ASK-IMRF (1-800-275-4673). Indicate whether you are interested in scheduling in our Oak Brook or Springfield offices.
Reception is located on the fourth floor and a receptionist is available between 8:30 and 4:30.
