Best times to callIMRF Member Service Representatives are available at our toll-free number, 1-800-ASK-IMRF (1-800-275-4673), Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You will receive the best response time if you call Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Emailing usYou may also send an email message, although not all questions lend themselves to being answered by email. Keep in mind, email is not a secure form of communication. As a result, IMRF cannot send any specific account information to you by email. We recommend that you read more about email before sending any question specific to your IMRF account. Or, you can go directly to our email form. We will acknowledge receipt of any email message you send us within 48 hours. Getting the exact answer to your question may require research by our Member Services Unit and take longer than 48 hours.
