About your Field Representative

Cindy Lambin began training as an IMRF Field Representative in January 2002 and began working in the field in May, 2002. She came to IMRF from the City of Geneseo, Illinois, where she worked for 22 years and served as Authorized Agent for 18 of those years.

Cindy is responsible for assisting members and employers with IMRF issues and covers a 24 county area.

In addition, she is the staff liaison to the Municipal Clerks of Illinois and the Illinois League of Municipal Employees. Cindy was the ninth individual in the state of Illinois to receive the Master Municipal Clerk designation from the International Association of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) after more than 14 years of involvement with the organization. Cindy also studied at Blackhawk College in Moline, Illinois and Illinois Central College in East Peoria, Illinois.
