IMRF Spreadsheet for P.A. 92-0424

House Bill 2367 (Public Act 92-0424) was signed into law by Governor George H. Ryan on August 17, 2001. This legislation impacts the amount of retroactive service credit an elected official may purchase. If your governing body is considering passing the resolution to allow elected officials to purchase retroactive service, we strongly suggest you use the spreadsheets below to estimate the member and employer costs. You may also request this spreadsheet be mailed to you by calling 1-800-ASK-IMRF.
